|How much will my delivery cost?|
The maximum delivery charge for multiple items on BedroomWorld is £24.99. However, if your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands or non-mainland UK, a delivery surcharge may apply to certain items. If this is applicable, we will contact you before your goods are dispatched.
|Where does BedroomWorld deliver?|
BedroomWorld delivers to UK mainland addresses only. We regret that we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, overseas addresses or the following UK postcodes:

Next Day Delivery
If your chosen item is a Next Day Delivery item it will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. All Next Day Delivery items ordered before 12 noon will be delivered the following working day. Some Next Day Delivery items may be available for a Saturday delivery but please click here to email us with details of your selected item(s) and we will advise you on delivery options.
Day of Choice Delivery
If your chosen item is a Day of Choice Delivery item it will be delivered on the day you’ve chosen between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
If your chosen item is a Standard Delivery item (i.e. any item that’s not indicated as next day delivery – an item’s availability / delivery time will be clearly indicated on the item page) it will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery but click here to email us with details of your selected item(s) and we will advise you on delivery options.

If your chosen item is a Day of Choice Delivery item you can choose the day of delivery but unfortunately we are not able to offer exact delivery time slots. For all other items we are not able to offer either exact delivery days or exact delivery time slots at present and your order will arrive between the designated hours listed above.
|How will I know when to expect my delivery?|
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery items will be delivered the following working day providing your order is placed before 12 noon. You may not receive a dispatch confirmation email but please click here to email us if you do not receive an order confirmation email.
Day of Choice Delivery
Day of Choice Delivery items will be delivered on the day you’ve chosen for delivery between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. You may not receive a dispatch confirmation email but please click here to email us if you do not receive an order confirmation email.
Please refer to your chosen item(s) for an estimated delivery time. Once your order is ready for dispatch you will be contacted by our contracted delivery service to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. This will be done by phone approximately 1 – 3 days before your item is dispatched.
Please note: delivery times may be extended in parts of the UK that are affected by adverse weather. BedroomWorld and our contracted deliverers will work hard to get deliveries to you as quickly as possible should these circumstances arise.
|What happens if an item is out of stock?|
If you are interested in an item that is indicated as out of stock we suggest you choose something comparable from BedroomWorld’s huge range of high quality and great value mattresses. If you do decide to order an item that is indicated as out of stock it will need to be ordered from one of our suppliers and there may also be an additional supplier lead time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any dispatch or delivery lead times on out of stock items.
|What else do I need to know about my delivery?|
Next Day Delivery & Day of Choice Delivery
For some Next Day Delivery and Day of Choice Delivery items, the items will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the delivery company can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. Unfortunately if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only as the delivery driver is not insured to enter private premises. Therefore please be aware that if you purchase a product on next day delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself.
Some heavier or bulkier items that are advertised as next day delivery are delivered by a 2man delivery team. These will be delivered to a room of choice but can only be carried to the 1st floor where there is no access to a lift. Where there is no lift and you live above the 1st floor, you are responsible for finding help to get the item to your property from the 1st floor. Where you live in a property that is accessed by a lift and your product(s) is advertised as being delivered by a 2Man delivery team then the carrier will take your goods via the lift to your premises and then one further flight of steps only to your room of choice and only where following the delivery team’s appraisal it is safe to do so.
Standard Delivery items are usually delivered by more than one individual. A customer may request our contracted deliverers to assist in taking the order into the premises but this will be at the discretion of the delivery team. In the rare event that damage occurs, BedroomWorld / contracted deliverers unfortunately cannot accept liability for any damage either to the delivered product or to the customers property (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure) whilst assisting the customer with a request. Any consequent damage should fall under the customer's household insurance.
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14’ 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads. This is to help us deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our contracted vehicles, unadopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
For All Deliveries
BedroomWorld / contracted deliverers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility of organising the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture. Some local councils may recycle unwanted furniture free of charge but please contact your local council for further details. BedroomWorld / contracted deliverers will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer.
Preparation for delivery: customers are advised when accepting goods to have protective sheets available as the goods being delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and vehicles. BedroomWorld will not accept any liability for any damage caused.
Damages: please check your BedroomWorld order on receipt and if you see or suspect any damages to your order please indicate this when you sign for the delivery. If your order is damaged, we will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.
Sometimes situations arise which are beyond our control. Therefore we recommend that you do not dispose of your old furniture / old mattresses until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage.
|How do I return goods?|
Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed. Please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange opened mattresses or mattress toppers unless they are faulty. Unopened or faulty mattresses however can be returned to us through our 7 Day No Quibble Refund policy below.
We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction and are 100% certain that you will be delighted with your purchase. However in the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 7 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 7 Day No Quibble Refund you have 7 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund.
This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason. Please note: the 7 working days start from the day after you receive your goods.
Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods. Please note that the buyer is always responsible for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods – this cost is £40 per item returned and is the direct cost to us of recovering the item. This charge will be deducted from any refund processed. Transporting large goods carefully is expensive and we respectfully request that customers make themselves aware of these potential charges before purchasing.
We will credit your card with the net refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging. Please see our full terms and conditions on each site for further details.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION (b) THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND AFFIXED TO ONE OF THE BOXES.
