Ordered this bed and a memorypedic mattress. Received a call saying that my mattress would not be delivered as BedroomWorld did not give the delivery company my house number. To cut a long story short I re-arranged delivery for the Friday (my fiancee took the day off again!) and it turned up on the Thursday. The bed looks great, I am sure the mattress will be too. Good customer service but at some point the communication was very poor resulting in hassle for me and my partner.
